Welcome to the Abilene Primitive Baptist Church 

Of all the churches in Abilene and the surrounding Taylor County area, we are excited that you have found us! We invite you to come join us as we meet to worship Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior.

We are a warm, growing, and family-oriented congregation of believers who seek to serve God in full accordance to His Holy Will as revealed in His Inspired Word. Our worship services follow the simple New Testament scriptural pattern and consist of congregational a cappella singing, praying, and hearing the preaching of the glorious gospel of Jesus’ redeeming love for sinners.

Our goal is simple – Worship Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior.

Our message is simple – Salvation is solely by the grace of God accomplished through the 100% successful and finished work of Jesus Christ.

Our worship service is simple – Families worship together. Together we sing, we pray, and we are comforted and instructed by the preaching of the gospel.

Our time together is special.  Our souls are fed.  Our fellowship is refreshed.  Our hearts are encouraged.  Our walk in life is strengthened.
